A catastrophic earthquake has left Tokyo, and most of the Earth for that matter, under the sea. Aika is a salvager who retrieves various remains from the watery ruins. While the animation was not as good as some I've seen I found that the quality was sufficient to tell the story. This Anime was one of my favorite since it simply portrayed a girl trying to do her job, which is an adventure. Each was wonderfully thought out, and while this particular ova was not the best, it was pretty good.
