Okajima Rokuro is a Japanese businessman…in a town full of Japanese businessmen. His normal day consists of social drinking with clients and being kicked around by his bosses. He finally gets a break though, as he’s sent by his company to the tropical seas of Eastern China to deliver a disc…only his boat gets hijacked by a band of mercenaries that were hired to steal it. “Rock” (as he is newly dubbed by his captors) catches the interest of the only female merc “Revy” as she thinks he’s worth a ransom, taking him hostage. However, the disc turns out to be more trouble than its worth, and complicates things both for Rock, and the mercenaries known as Black Lagoon. |

This anime is ultimate in showing the cruelty of real world ... Actualy it does show that even when you think that everything is ok it may go to hell with you ... An anime about cruel world in witch only those survive wich have what it takes not to go crazy from the chaos wich surrounds us ... Still it has what it take to be called an anime because of the main heroes The BlackLagoon crew . Blood , violence , action , narrow escapes from crazy situations and much more await you if you will choose to watch it ...
Personaly i liked every single siery of this anime (wich is a 1/1000 thing) and watched it from start to an end many times . I recommend to watch this anime for fans of gunslingers , blood and action in general . Dont watch it if you are not 18+ or older (IMO) .... really its not for kids =^_^=

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
