To save his family and friends from unwanted soul-eating spirits (Hollows), Rukia transfers her Shinigami powers to Ichigo. As Rukia takes on a human shell, together they solve mysteries involving spirits and hollows until from the spirit world comes 2 other shinigamis explaining that it is illegal to transfer Shinigami powers to humans and Rukia exceeded the time limit to stay in the human world. After they sentence her death for breaking the laws, Ichigo snaps and swears to everyone he will retrieve Rukia by breaking into the spirit world.
Authors note:
I can't remember if I've wrote a review for this to be honest, But as my opinions and views have changed I don't think it really matters. lol. The entire story up until now was tied into Aizen. HE's lost, it should have ended, it hasn't. The manga feels like the current airing "saga". Filler pure and simple.. I dislike where this series is going.. But that's just me.. Now don't get me wrong, I did like bleach a bit.. :[
Review:
What to say about bleach? Hmm. The story, I'm not sure if it was just epic planning or just pulled together at the last minute randomly, Either way it worked.. The entire plot of the story as a whole got pulled together after along time(Not including filler). As far as Animation goes, well. It's pretty good, Though. The first season displayed more "blood" than the following, I wonder why(complainers?)? Music? Not really much of it except the opening and closing themes. Action? the further you get into the series it gets spread out more and more by random "back stories" of non-important characters, Kinda disappointing because the action and fight scenes are pretty well done.
All in all, Bleach isn't as bad as the "filler haters" make it seem to be. There is some entertainment value in it, if you skip the fliller and random stories.. *shrugs*
