Blue Dragon A Review

When I first saw Akira Toriyamas character designs I was hit with a pleasant sense of nostalgia, but nostalgia can only take you so far. The anime suffers from a somewhat generic fantasy plot, although it does have a pretty nice turnaround at the final portion of the story. Unfortunately it had more potential than what was actually used, but even so it had some entertaining factors like for example the obligatory pervert character that needs to be in all projects Toriyama is involved in :) . All in all, a decent show. If you have time over, and nothing better to watch take a look. Worst case scenario, you´ll find it boring, but it´s a not a huge loss.
