Summary: Two years have passed since Hei and Yin escaped the Syndicate after the events of the first season. Making their way to Russia, Hei encounters a young girl named Suou Pavlichenko, whose family is gradually pulled into the war between contractors and various intelligence factions. Meanwhile, Misaki Kirihara has quit her position in Foreign Affairs to begin her own investigations into Hei, the Contractors and the Syndicate.

almost as good as first season

Less action and more drama than the first season, although the action is still good. Whereas season one's story mainly concerned Hei, Gemini of the Meteor is more centered on the story of the Pavlichenkos. You may like it, you may not. I still enjoyed this season for its plot, even if I did not enjoy it as much as the first season.
