This OVA finally solved many things that one couldn't understand from the 2nd season .The quality of the story and the world-theme (animation-wise) is similar to the 1st season (unlike the 2nd season there are many animation differences and i felt the story a little bit less in quality that the first) ,This OVA returns to the original quality in my opinion and fills most my expectations.
