Yagami Light is an ace student with great prospects, who's bored out of his mind. the plot is well written. the battle of mind and strategy is awesome too. i never thought of watching this anime, but turn out it is quite good. the progression of light to cold blooded murder is intriguing. i really wish that someone will beat sense into him back or just give a punch to his face since he is really annoying. his justice is kinda screwed up too. as for the episodes, there's some that contain entirely of conversation. some people may think it is a bit slow, but for me, i don't find it to be boring, it just necessary for the plot. recommended to everyone.
