Summary: In the 11th year of the Meiji era: the Japanese population is increasingly dissatisfied with the government due to the increasing speed of Westernisation and the ban on samurai. I think this anime was written by a woman who doesn't know what it means to be a boy. The reason I say that is there are three main characters... brothers. They are touchy feely and cry-baby whiny. So not how boys behave. It was annoying to watch them. I liked the rest of the anime about becoming a dragon and battling an evil spirit that keeps getting resurrected. So that is why I marked the story as good, but the dialogue as very poor.
