| Summary: |
A mysterious, lethal disease is on the loose worldwide, resulting in a catastrophic death rate of humanity, and the increasing rise of attacks, caused by the living dead.
In Japan, several high school students and a school nurse have banded together to escape Fujimi High School shortly after it was attacked by zombies. The group now attempts to figure who or what was responsible for this plague, and in the meantime, attempt to survive the present apocalypse.
The story is initially narrated through the eyes of Takashi Komuro, one of the students who had survived in the initial outbreak. |

WOW, HOTD is bloody amazing! DX Such beautiful girls, such beautiful guns! Gaaaaaah! I swear this was made for guys since Boobs, guns and Zombies are what really guys are into. ._. Apparently, well I am. >.> Though this is my girlfriends favourite anime. ._. Either she is Bi or just loves the anime! Haha I kid. There is nothing to hate about this anime...BUT that it's toooooooooooooo short. Hopefully there will be a second season as more can be told from this other than that, this anime is worth watching. Excellent story, dialogue, animation and entertainment. It's well developed and the Mangaka knew how to get famous. ;D Smart! Ecchi and Action.....everyone loves that. ._. Well most people do >.> So yes PLEASE watch this anime! I guarantee 100% you won't regret it. D:< And if you do. >:| Expect me at your bed side with a pocket knife threatening to cut off your eyelids if you blink while I force you to watch it. u.u GOODBYE!

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
