The story takes place in Japan in the early 21st century, in an alternate reality where the Tokugawa Shogunate has remained in power. In this reality, student councils are tasked with oppressing schools. This anime is EPIC!!!
Its like Rurouni Kenshin + Ikkutousen with the Animation Qaulity of Death Note... well maybe Im overexagerrating... but its freaking Awesome!!!
I love the cute Yukkimaru character, shes is so kawaii loli CUTE!!! X3

Anyway cliche storyline, Girl falls from Sky, Sum1 with DBZ powerlevel glasses goes OVER 9000!!! moment LAWL, ends up being a cliche Goku character, and yea..
Anyway its worth watching its looks good, action looks good, comedy is dry but laughable, if ya got accustomed to japanesse anime humor.
Watch It I command thee!!!!
