Nanami Momozono is alone and homeless after her dad skips town to evade his gambling debts and the debt collectors kick her out of her apartment. Where to start, where to start?? IT is sooo cute. This is a love story about a demon familiar and a human girl who became a shrine god. The story is simple, funny, cute, and emotional. The character and story development is superb. The dialogue fits the story and was even able to make me laugh a bit, there is no over repeating and statements of the obvious. Animation wise, I've seen better but it is still good and befitting the anime. You can’t go wrong with this anime if you are into the romance/supernatural type of anime; the romantic emotion is palpable at times even though it's not physical. This is a great anime and would have you wanting more. If you like this anime series you should also read the manga it is just as good.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
