Katekyo Hitman Reborn!

Katekyo Hitman Reborn is an anime that takes a while to get into. Firstly, it starts with Tsuna receiving a tutor who is a baby called Reborn. He was the worlds greatest hitman who had been transformed into a baby. Reborn possesses the Dying Will bullet, which kills a person and brings them back to life to fulfill the last regret they had, and even works to get Tsuna some henchmen to make him a true mafia boss-in-training. Reborn tells Tsuna (the main character) that he is to be the 10th head of the Vongola Family. He declines but Reborn remains adamant and doesn't take no for an answer. The first 20 episodes focuses on Tsuna'a (the main protagonist) school-life. The girl he has a crush on (Kyoko), his new friends he just made (Yamamoto, Gokudera, Haru) and other little kids like the baby dressed up as a cow Lambo (he has a bazooka that can turn him into himself 10 years in the future) and fighting gyoza fist expert I-pin. It also introduces Bianchi and Fuuta who are minor characters but still make up the series. These episodes are mostly comedy but there are some parts in it that lead to character development as well as defining each of the characters roles. It then leads to Tsuna having to fight against evil. This includes fighting against illusionist Rokudo Mukuro, aquiring the Vongola rings from the Varia and facing the problems in the future 10 years ahead. Overall, it is a well rounded anime that has a good balance between humour and action. If you are into shounen anime such as Blach or Naruto this is the perfect anime for you.
