I think this anime is similar to Sora no Otoshimono as in there's a couple of non-human females living with a guy who's parents are travelling, and instead of the 'New World / Heaven' theme it is 'Underworld" themed. how ever what I have gathered from this anime so far, is that it is a whole lot more serious, less perverted and focused on the story then SnO, which could be good or bad things.

The anime as a whole though is very funny (first episode is really funny, giant crayfish FTW!) but sad at times as well. A story is revealed in the first couple of episodes, weather it is the main plot, or a sub-plot, I am not certain as I do not read the manga to this anime.
The characters personalities are unique, other then the typical harem protagonist unsuspecting, hero thing happening and the girls all liking the same guy, while no girl likes his close friend. are also typical things.

the animation is good, you do not get to see anything to perverted/gory, which also could be a good bad thing, i personally like the type style when it does not go out of the way to show ecchi/gore, but doesn't try to cover it up. But keeping in mind it is probably for more 13-18 year olds, it is to be expected.

Overall I recommend watching this anime as it is very entertaining. and i give it 8.5/10 based on the episodes available at the moment.
