So Dark, So Sad, Oh so Beautiful

This anime had me by the nose. It’s very dark, gothic, tragic and emotional, but yet lovable and funny. The story is about a young boy who made a deal with a demon. In exchange for his soul the demon, Sebastian Michaels, must help him on his quest to avenge the murder of his family. The relationship between Sebastian and Ceil Phantomhive is something between the balance of the highest reaches off heaven and the deepest pits of hell. Masterfully played. All the characters have a history and a part to play in the story. The art and animation is just so beautiful and very gothic and Victorian. The music always fit the mood and creates the appropriate atmosphere. I admire it so when the dialogue is to the point and not repetitive, it always fits, oh and the Japanese English accent is so funny. Black Butler had me wondering, on the verge of tears and laughing my socks of. It is a masterpiece that everyone should watch. This one has found a place in my top 10 list.
