been there before..?

the only reason i watched this was becasue it was one of the few anime series that was avaliable at my local library..
and upon looking at it, i was like "oh god. big boobs and (semi) mecha *SIGH*" but i had nothing better to do, so kept up with.
i thought it would just be a formulaic boys fest, but i ended up egtting relaly into it.
it was the music that drew me in. the battles in the begining are nothing interesting, but battle theme that they used is alein and interesting and pulls you in... and once i started paying atttention, i was hooked
sure, its for a guys audience, really but the inerest it pays to relationsghips is really intreiging! the comedy is fun too and it moves at a bouncy pace, never staying seriosu too long- though those scenes are done in a surprisingly delicate way.
a real gem!!!
