This is my very first EVER review in my entire life, so please bear with me, would you?:)
What I like about this anime (Pros):
+ Straighforward
Even though each story is less than 14mins long, it manages to give decent background of the characters, to relay a good deal of emotion throughout the story, AND to present a heart-warming ending, not the most definitive ending but gives out the feelings that “They all will be alright”. I don’t remember a time that I didn’t smile when each story reached its ending.
+ Fine dialog
I REALLY could relate to it.
+ Rather generic but nice animation
Not the best use of color but suits the story very well. I also like how each character is distinct (I remember how many other anime have a lot of similar-looking characters which may get me confused). Here, I can distinguish each character vividly.
Cons (but not necessarily what I dislike):
- I strongly felt like it’s a girl’s-point-of-view driven
As a girl, I was feeling with them as the story went on. It shows a girl’s thoughts and/or worries and offers an example of resolution on those thoughts/worries. I don’t know if it will be as entertaining for male audience but I sure hope it will be.
Conclusion:
Great if you want a drama, or to be exact 4 drama stories, with emotion. It DID brighten up my day. Hope it WILL do yours too. (My fave is story 3 ^_^ )
P.S:
I understand that a review has to be objective and unbiased, conveying the pros and cons equally objectively. If you find me biased, criticism is well welcome. I just found out that writing is interesting and am working on to be able to write well in general, and in particular, to write anime review(s) well in the near future. Thanks a bunch, guys, and happy watching! ^_^

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
