WOW! I went into this with low expectations to be honest.
Firstly the description isn't very good. It makes it seem like this is just another OP main character Isekai. When in fact it more like due to being reincarnated with the mind of a 34 year old he had a head start on magic training, best described as talented rather than tremendous magical power.
The animation is actually really fluid and really nicely done.
There are some things that is a put off on this show however, he truly was a disgusting perverted guy before dying.
Those disgusting traits are carried over and makes some really weird scenes of a toddler trying to be perverted.

What makes this show great is the fact that we see the years pass as characters age and grow. We see developments in their characters. It all feels real. We see the protagonist as a baby growing up having new experiences, making friends. His previous life's experience is not really that impactful as he only mentions how he was before not so much an advantage in this world.

I walked away from this very happy glad I watched it and I hope you give this a chance too.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
