Naruto Shippuuden is the continuation of the original animated TV series Naruto.The story revolves around an older and slightly more matured Uzumaki Naruto and his quest to save his friend Uchiha Sasuke from the grips of the snake-like Shinobi, Orochimaru. After 2 and a half years Naruto finally returns to his village of Konoha, and sets about putting his ambitions to work, though it will not be easy, as He has amassed a few (more dangerous) enemies, in the likes of the shinobi organization; Akatsuki. |

The guy that commented two people below me.... you are soooo stupid. I love the fact that people the negatively comment on this series hasn't watched naruto yet! Rofl you idiot!.... Go watch Naruto then you can comment on Naruto Shippuuden... this series is probably the series with the best character development I have seen in my life and I have fully watched over 60 anime series... You are just one of those arrogant ignorant people that if they find something bad in anything they just wanto force the world to hate it... get a life nerd!
Guys watch this anime it is AMAZING, please try to watch Naruto before you watch this, the character development is amazing, its very funny and just plainly AWESOME fighting scenes! A must watch!

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
