Summary: Naruto Shippuuden is the continuation of the original animated TV series Naruto.The story revolves around an older and slightly more matured Uzumaki Naruto and his quest to save his friend Uchiha Sasuke from the grips of the snake-like Shinobi, Orochimaru. After 2 and a half years Naruto finally returns to his village of Konoha, and sets about putting his ambitions to work, though it will not be easy, as He has amassed a few (more dangerous) enemies, in the likes of the shinobi organization; Akatsuki.

Back when Naruto first started, it was wild, unique, interesting and just all around good.

However over the years it's driven away from what truly made it so awesome, and is now just throwing re-hashed ideas and poor dialogue in the form of countless filler episodes and horrible plots.

It is no where near as good as it used to be, I have personally stopped watching the anime all together.

I recommend watching the first season, and skipping all the filler. I guess you could do the same for shippuden but I would only advise doing so if you enjoyed the first season.

If you aren't already an obsessed fan boy, this anime just isn't worth the time.
