Naruto Shippuuden is the continuation of the original animated TV series Naruto.The story revolves around an older and slightly more matured Uzumaki Naruto and his quest to save his friend Uchiha Sasuke from the grips of the snake-like Shinobi, Orochimaru. After 2 and a half years Naruto finally returns to his village of Konoha, and sets about putting his ambitions to work, though it will not be easy, as He has amassed a few (more dangerous) enemies, in the likes of the shinobi organization; Akatsuki. |

To be honest I dont see why people like this so much? I see reviews from people that dont even explain why they like it, they just say naruto is da beeesttttttt ( is it me or do they sound like 10 year old kids? ).
Half of the episodes are fillers that are just there to introduce characters that will never ever show up again.
The episodes are to a pain to watch, corny dialogue with naruto saying that he will save everyone ( like he does every episode ), they make the same jokes all the time... Its very predictable cause you just know naruto is going to rasengan the bad guy or get all mad and turn into the ninetails...
And the funny thing is, that they add "drama" and people are like wOoOoOow amazing story, while the story is actually pretty cheap.
The animation is OK, nothing special about it. It has what you would expect from an anime made these days but nothing more.
I would recommend this for u if you like stuff like dragonball, bleach... You know where the main character is there to kick everyones assess and the other characters just stand there being useless yelling the main characters name.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
