They are the Kirihara brothers, who lived in a labatory within a barrier-protected forest. They have escaped from the labatory, and a new wave of 'Revolution' is about to arise... This is a very unmemorable anime I highly doubt that week from now I be able to remember its name much less recommend it to anyone for the most part it is "ok" nothing i can really say bad about it just felt like the story took to long to resolve its self and had a hard time to keep watching it.
