CLASSIC! Ronin vs Talpa

I saw this anime a few times. It is an older offering of anime. It is a classic made when stories had direct meaningful powerful plots and happenings. The story has a ancient medieval armor that Has been divided into five seperate armors and as one armor they create harriels mystical white armor. The Team of heros consist of Ryo of the wildfire armor the leader, Sai of the torrent armor, Kento of Hard Rock armor, and two others I can't recall as I watch it a while ago. This follows the regular team -party pattern but does so well.

These 5 young men are charged with keeping the armor from a ghostly supernatural samurai warlord talpa and his minions who wish to take all the armors and recreate the legendary armor of harriel- the worlds most powerful warrior whos very soul empowers the armor. If talpa wins he wishes to invade the earth realm from the neitherword and using the armor to do so means all the Ronin warriors will forever have their souls entrapped in the armor merged with talpa as the armor is mystical and cannot be removed once they made the pact with a monk that has fought talpa for ages to bear the armors' powers.

Ronin Warriors will hook you in. It seems old and dated at first and rather simple and reuses transformation animations and such, but the plight of the characters and thier growth in power and will stays true to the familiar heros journey to defeat the evil overlord. THe ronin warriors has enough character diversity and unique scenarios I would recommend trying it. It really brings you to the days of pure strong easily constructed storyline that is not confusing but far opposite of predictable or boring. I will always have fond memories of this anime. I watched it alot, and will do so again someday.
