Fun, but not Special

The show is entertaining if you enjoy watching a charismatic female protagonist that gets into adventures and saves her friends from crazy mishaps. One of my complaints with the show is that I never felt like the main characters were in danger during the action sequences, and some of the plot points and character abilities are a little far fetched considering other aspects of the show are more realistic. Also, it takes a little bit of time before the different character stories intersect to make a coherent story line. I found several of the characters to be amusing but I didn't grow attached to any of them. Altogether, the show is fun to watch and the animation is pretty, so I recommend it to people looking for another action/adventure show to watch.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
