Obviously it being only the first episode, I can't say too much about where the story is going; both the plot and dialogue have potential to develop from here.
But it's visually adorable (your main characters are a polar bear, a panda, and a penguin for goodness sakes, what's NOT adorable about that?), and the character quirks and the puns are hilarious (albeit seemingly random if you don't understand Japanese). I typically don't like slice of life anime, but this nevertheless looks promising, so give it a try!
