The series revolves around three teams consisting of a weapon meister and (at least one) human weapon. Trying to make the latter a "Death Scythe" and thus fit for use by the academy's headmaster, Shinigami (better known as Death God), they must collect the souls of 99 evil humans and one witch, in that order; otherwise, they will have to restart all over again |

this Anime is a rare kind of animations... every thing is out a good imagination
like the house and the characters and style...ect
and the most thing I like, is that there is no Hero Maka and soul are not the stronger at all.. nor kid nor Black star.
every one in this anime is a hero by it own way..
I simply love this anime, and it's really worth to watch!

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
