The year is 2356 A.D. - 189 years after a distant supernova caused a global catastrophe that wiped out 99% of the world population. Stellvia has long been one of my favorite anime. It has some great soundtracks, an interesting sci-fi story, memorable and like-able characters, a nice dose of comedy, and is generally just fun to watch. I highly recommend it!
