Well, this anime is really good. Especially even when its just a side story.
The animation itself is really good.
As a side story following Misaka Mikoto, this anime series has allowed those who like her to further enjoy her story. It brings out a side of her which you can't really see from the main story anime.
Well, worry not, even if you didn't watch "Toaru Majutsu no Index" (this is where Misaka Mikoto came from), you'll slowly fall in love with it. She's just so likable in a sense >w<
Well, apart from the animation, it is really entertaining as it doesn't gives you stress while watching. Rather, it makes you feel better, and it motivates you. (Well, in my case, it certainly did.)
The characters and such, it is excellent, and never fails to disappoint me. Well, if you haven't watched this. I highly recommend it! You'll love it! :)
