Story (3/5) : The way the story is build is not the best way to present the story, some people may end up hating / drop it even though it has a lot of potential. It's presented arc by arc, in the way of "Fairy Tail". The world of this anime is immense, there's magic, alchemy, "railguns" (I didn't watch the railgun anime, apparently it's a science magic sort of thing), vampire, religion, etc.) The main character has an interesting power also.
Dialogue (5/5) : Funny at some moments, and seriously complicated a some other point.
Animation (5/5) : really well done, the fighting scenes are not neglected at all
Entertainment (4/5) : the fighting and the funny moments are what makes this anime worth watching. The story may not charm everyone (I, myself, didn't like the story that very much)

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
