voices of a distant star was a very, how should i say, captivating story. for only being 25 minutes long the story was overwhelmingly powerful and leaves you with almost-watery eyes. something like this could only have been told by a master storyteller. although the character designs were somewhat lacking, the environment designs were stunningly beautiful. some points of the film did seem a bit cliche but overall this is, i'd say, definitely one of the greats. good stuff! >_< b
