The story seems funny and like it could be worth watching, but the censorship makes that you can't catch half the jokes or even know what they are talking about.

If the only reason you're considering watching this anime is because of the prospect of seeing an uncensored animated blow-up doll, you - like the reviewer below, will be sorely disappointed.
The story is very cute and funny, I think the censors only add to the humour xD. The animation is lovely and the episodes are short. If you like the humour in PSG and Seitokai Yakuindomo, give this one a try.
