The story revolves around the everyday life of four high school girls: the flighty Run, the reckless Tooru, the timid Yuuko, and the level-headed Nagi.
When watching this show, I probably laughed my head off a couple times. I'm usually not one who laughs a lot so I guess me watching this came as a bit of a surprise, but none the less it was entertaining. If you're looking for something with a plot development or something deep and serious, this is not the show to watch. On the other hand, if you're looking for a show to just make you laugh when you need to, this show does help. Toeru takes a test so she can enter the same high school as Run, the girl she likes. She passes, but when she goes to tell Run, she finds her hugging a girl she's never seen before.
Not much on the storyline, if you r someone who goes for good story, dis ain't the anime for you. However if you r going for cute and randoms funny, i will recommend you and a 4stars for anime.
As a slice of life, naturally the story is poor. However, that doesn't stop it from being entertaining. Run's air-headness, Tohru's smart and blunt comments etc... are all very entertaining. If you are one to like series that progress, this isn't for you, but if you are like me, who's content with just watching something that's just cute, slightly funny and lighthearted, then you will like A Channel.
p.s. I'm loving Yuuko's Kansai accent.
