Alka is an assassin for the Clan of the Sword. She's on a journey to find the woman Jin Valel, who killed her master Hon. Jin is demon-like woman who controls the Energy of Chaos and kills without feeling - not unlike how Alka has learned to kill in her work as an assassin. On her journey, Alka encounters three strange women, each great warriors in their own right, and grapples with her slain master's wish that she leave the life of an assassin behind. |

Eight episodes are out, but after watching the first episode I wanted to give this anime a big thumbs up. Got my hopes up in the first couple minutes after seeing blood, that's not bad is it?
An anime that can kill off good guys, bad guys, and neutral guys is one step above any anime that refuses to kill off any characters of personality.
A nice thrill at the end of the episode as well, watch it and you'll like it.

I don't know how to put it...
In my opinion, it has a beautiful graphic and animation especially when they do the fighting scene (love the screen play) but fortunately, the main character doesn't stand out much. She's just too silent though it is her strong point as a character too. The story itself is quite interesting despite the fact that there are a lot of anime with the same genre (swordplay versus magic, taking revenge, etc.) About the dialogue, it's quite so-so too. But overall, this anime is entertaining and worth watching. Oh yeah, this ( read more)

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
