In the year 2009, Yuji Kaido is an average guy diagnosed with a serious disease (the "B-cells") and is put into cryogenic stasis until a cure is found. Twenty-two years later, he is awakened in the midst of a raging battle between armored soldiers and insectoid beings called the "Blue" which have overrun the Earth. |

A great watch.

from the story to the characters to the animation and music, i thoroughly enjoyed this series from beginning to end..... it's done very tastefully, and isn't too gory, sexual or have too much bad language..... if you like anime that isn't gratuitous or childish, i highly recommend it.....
