| Summary: |
During a summer camp, 15 children, 8 males and 7 females, find a grotto by the sea. Deep within they discover working computers and some electronic equipment, and later the owner, a man called Kokopelli. Kokopelli claimed to be a programmer working on a brand new game, in which a large robot has to defend the Earth against fifteen alien invasions. He persuades the children to test the game and sign a contract. All but one of them signs, barely a moment later they mysteriously awaken on the shore believing what happened was just a dream. |

Chiaki Ishikawa - Uninstall, that is the name of Bokurano opening (beautiful sonf and beutiful video), and It's because of this song that I started to watch this anime. I'm not even a mecha fan, and when I saw robots fighting in the opening I had doubts that this would be good. But, after only a few minutes of watching the first episode there were no regrets. Anime have a very deep psychological story with a realistic and interesting characters. Every episode focus on each of the main characters, children, placing them into the highly disturbing situations. The major plot is mental dilemm about what will you do for the the sake of mankind and how would you spend you last day on earth. The only thing that could be better was character animation, and music in some moments was boring, but everything else (specially the characters and theirs dialoges) was excellent.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
