A Harem that isnt' offensive

Well mostly when you here ecchi your mind goes right for Highschool of the Dead. But honestly, this is more wholesome ecchi (if there's such a word). Its not the type of ecchi to go and get edited out, just some fanservice shots.
As for the action, immedieatly in the first ep you're drawn in to some sort of group battle against an unknown force. Its just that way the characters eventually learn to work together is worth it as a fighting mecha-anime just cause they're not always fighting for themselves.
Now the storyline doesn't scream evil villians and spout out massive terminology for you to remember (AKA Bleach), which is a good, but also bad thing.
The only dissapointing thing I found was that yeah, its a harem, the girl cast falls for the only male character. But don't be fooled by the title for Ep5 yaoi fangirls! Honestly I thought the main character would get a male fan in the show chasing after him, which would be interesting...but alas...eventually you find out the truth which ruins it. Honestly throwing in a gay dude falling for the main character as in all the other female cast members wouldn't be so bad. So this is a typical Harem, nothing out of the ordinary.
