Summary:
After Ai Enma's supposed death after the events of the 2nd season, her three helpers, Ichimoku Ren, Wanyuudou and Hone-Onna live out their lives in relative peace. This is suddenly shattered when Kikuri returns to recruit them. Meanwhile, Ai mysteriously reappears from the dead and uses the body of a young schoolgirl, Yuzuki Mikage, to continue the Jigoku Tsūshin operation. Yuzuki is aware of Ai's presence however, when she can see what Ai sees.

Characters in this anime are victims who can't stand any more pain and than they become desperate and seek help in jigoku shoujo, a girl from hell. But when they accept covenant wirh her, they become sinners. Some person who commits a mortal sin is one who knows that their sin is wrong. In this anime, direct and intentional killing is gravely sinful And because a life on earth seems unbearable to them, they are ready to suffer eternally in hell. I liked that main story and I liked the side stories (it's not a repetative to me). I also liked
the connection between characters, and psichology of the vicims and bullies. Shibata Hajime is a great positive person with a good, bright character traits and Enma Ai is a great in a negative and a sad, dark way. Hell girl is not be for people who love fast story line with action, but if you like tragedy and violence this is for you.
