The Animation, the Character interactions and the overall feel of this Anime are all top notch. The story is where this falls apart for me, its good but excruciating slow considering the setting and plot. It's week 11 of this Anime and I feel that we're only starting to see the overall picture, I think I would like it better if the author had built up the story a little more. It's definitely worth watching, I just don't think that it's as great as the hype surrounding its release.
