Well to me personally it was pretty interesting and I really liked how it was made.
I read some reviews that said that this was fan made, and even if that were true I think you should give it a try!
You can over look the art at times, but even in the original animation they made some scenes that looked as if they were drawn by a monkey!
So give it a chance, it won't kill you (it just too short to be given the chance to xD)
