If you've watched the first season, the this is also a worth to watch amine as well. The story continues with a dash of romance, comedy as the law changes and such. If you are into political governing concepts then this is for you!

~Sigh~ If you've watched Saiunkoku Monogatari, of course, by all means, finish the cake with a cherry on top with this spell-bounding and totally epic sequel. There is a lot of further development in the characters and the storyline stays, if not get's more, seriously intense. But at the same time, it manages to successfully and intelligently keep a very entertaining, and sometimes hilarious atmosphere. The sequel has its own share of important events that will keep you watching all the way till the end.
