In the year 1600, during the battle of Sekigahara, warriors Kyoshiro Mibu and "Demon Eyes" Kyo - the legendary slayer of a thousand men - engaged in fierce combat. Both men disappeared when a meteor crashed in the battlegrounds. Four years later, Kyoshiro is spotted on a rural highway, acting as a traveling medicine salesman. He is captured by the female bounty hunter Yuya Shiina when she discovers that deep inside him is the dormant personality of "Demon Eyes" Kyo himself. |

This anime has special attraction that made me eagerly watch all of the episodes. At first, I was not interested at history and wars, but later, the adventure of Kyo and his friends and the secret between Kyo and Kyoshiro made up for the first part. The anime, in my opinion, was excellent from episode 1 to 20. Unfortunately, the ending was not satisfactory enough. It happened so fast that I cannot believe the Mibu clan was not strong like what they talked about. To summarize, I recommend this great anime.
