This is an ongoing manga series "anime" adaptation. Its story, characters and events are extremely average, but it's certainly very cute and cheesy, which is good. It is going in a promising direction as far as romance is concerned, but since the original work, the manga, is still ongoing, no one knows how it will actually end.

What is a huge detriment to this adaptation, however, is that this is a 3D "anime", if you can still call it that. It's obnoxious, poorly done, extremely cheap, and does not translate the charms of typical 2D Japanese animation anywhere near as effectively. Still, after getting used to it, it becomes more or less watchable, thanks to the story, characters and events (which aren't great, but I'm a sucker for cheesy romantic stories).

I would say it's not bad (so far), but I think it's also one of those series you really want to wait for it to reach its original manga conclusion, then start reading it (instead of watching it), but backwards, to ensure the ending isn't bullshit and that you do not waste your time on it if it is.
