Summary:
It's the year of destiny and 15 year old Kamui Shiro, a powerful psychic, has returned to Toyko after a 6 year absence. He returns to protect his childhood friends, Fuuma, and Fuuma's younger sister Kotori. But destiny and fate are haunting Kamui and pulling in himself and his loved ones. It is his destiny to decide the fate of the world and mankind, no matter if he wants the role or not.
It's the first anime ever that made me so... angry!
At the very beginning story seemd very interesting; animation wasn't that good but not too bad either. I liked the concept of two futures for the world, Dragons of Heaven and Dragons of Earth - but the plot development was just tragic! Protecting/destroing world requires some action, at least in my opinion.. And here, action is so slow, more than actual battles you see characters' pasts... Nothing makes sense :/
Protagonist at first is the strongest, suddenly he becomes the weakest; at first he's arrogant, he hurts people etc., then he becomes so kind and good that it's just not like him! and if it wasn't for the short description below information about anime, i wouldn't guess that Kamui was actually protecting his friends.. such a mess.
Most irritating for me - word 'destiny'. I doubt there's even one episode without that word!!! They all fight it but at the same time no one belives that they can win. And the end is of that kind that I can't even decide who won... That's why i'm angry, I hate being left dissapointed and still cry for such end..
To sum up: the serie maybe has a deeper meaning, as fighting with the fate and so on, but for people who like action, flawless battles, strong emotions and adrenaline while watching - I do not recommend it.
