Said to be the strongest even among all Legends, Valt Aoi hosts an exhibition called the Legend Battle match with what's said to be the revolution of beys,
the "Sparking Bey". In that match, a pair of brothers without any fame named Hyuga and Hikaru Asahi slap their written challenge onto the table.
The two developed the Sparking Beys of the Sun "Hyperion" and "Helios". They declare that they will beat all the Legends all around the world!
