Summary: Kou Yamori is an average middle school student who struggles with grasping the concept of love. He sees no point molding himself to the norm. Soon after he stops going to school. Plagued with insomnia, Kou begins wandering the streets at night. One night, he meets a strange girl named Nazuna Nanakusa who believes that people stay awake, because they're not satisfied with what they did for the day. She asks Kou if he wants to hang out and shortly after he realizes bizarre things start to occur.
