stupidly funny (retarded romance genre)

last thing i remember about was is if u liked school rumble u should watch this... cuz JC.staff did em and they're both stupidly funny (romance stOOpidity funny not hentai funny sry lol) .There are different kinds of funny (& as far as romance stupidity funny goes this one may as well take the cake with its independent predecessor : school rumble)
(this one was done after school rumble so the artistics are improved although the length is shorter(13eps wuz it?) compared to SRumbles 26 or 27 eps i think?

ps : 4 stars from me may well be = 5 stars to those of us whose VIEWED SERIES COUNT is below 400 (u wont
believe my 4digit series count so lets not go there) long story short dont miss a gr8 series cuz of rating
numbers (which r just my biased opinion and comparisons with my other viewed 5star series)

Not very special anime... story .. sound...romatical ...every thing seem average.. however the animation really awesome... If u like to watch anime based on its animation... u should choose this one, since its author are from Ichingo 100% (if i am not wrong) :)
