Just No. I saw the review on this and gave it a shot, after watching the 2nd episode I'm done. If you want a very good music anime you need to watch Beck. It has so much more effort put into it. All this anime is, is a bunch of pretty boys behind bad story directing. I know this anime is old but so is Beck. I don't judge anime based on age, only by effort and this seems more of a block buster Fan Girl anime than anything. If you want a musical anime and are extremely bored or an musical anime enthusiast don't let me detour you, just let me warn you, after 2 episodes I was done. The last phew minutes of the 2nd episode pretty much gave me the insight of how everything else will pan out. It was rushed, made no sense, had no tactic, it just plopped right there and boom everything fell together. When I see that, for me it is very degrading in reguards to honoring the story and plot development, they just skipped like 10 chapters and made it all happen. Not a big fan of that. But if you like pretty guys and retro 90's Japanese voice go for it. If you want a great voice character, focus on music, talent, true romance, determination and skill watch Beck. (show less)
